• Complete payment promptly
• Confirm receipt of items honestly
• Use the dispute resolution process for issues

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• List items that violate game terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent Platform fees
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Transfer accounts outside the Platform's escrow system

6. Fees and Payments

• The Platform charges a commission fee on completed transactions
• Commission rates are displayed at the time of listing
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Dispute Resolution

• Users must attempt to resolve disputes directly first
• If unresolved, either party may open a formal dispute
• Platform moderators will review evidence from both parties
• Platform decisions are final and binding
• The Platform reserves the right to refund buyers or pay sellers based on evidence

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Game Trading Platform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAME TRADING PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
